Our signature luxury picnics are available for groups of 2, 4, or 6. Each picnic includes:
• Cozy seating and curated decor
• Snack bar with chips, cookies, and bite-sized treats
• A beverage of your choice (wine, champagne, or non-alcoholic option)

Picnic Rules:
• Follow the GPS location sent in your confirmation email/text.
• Look for the SaveTheD8te sign at your setup.
• A team member will greet you at the start.
• Do not take or move furniture or decor — our team will handle cleanup.
• Food is yours to keep; please dispose of trash respectfully.
• Text us when you’re done so we can retrieve your setup on time. Please use the number provided with your confirmation email/ text if any difficulties occur with your appointment.
Missing items such as materials and furniture may result in a forfeited deposit.

A dinner party is a private, elegant dining setup typically for 10–15 guests.
We offer:
• Table Décor Packages which Includes full Table scape /floral runners or other table designs, signage, cutlery, glassware, and ambiance setup.
OR
• Our full-Service Dinner Package:
Which includes the above setup option + catering & custom menus
Customers can choose to have on-site waitstaff for a seamless dining/serving experience.
Additional charges applied
- Please note ; Our Dinner Parties are a remote service, we typically do setups in backyards, airbnb’s, banquet Halls, Homes, Private room’s and other venues etc.
- Smaller groups of 2–4 fall under our Date Night service, and are priced accordingly. Reach out for a custom quote!

What kind of food is included in dinner parties for the Full Service Package?
Our curated dinner menus feature:
- Appetizers:
bang bang shrimp or sliders (Beef or Crispy Chicken)
- Entrées: Creamy chicken Alfredo, Cajun Chicken pasta, or seafood linguine (Pasta Dishes are changed Seasonally) all customers will be informed of any menu changes prior to booking.
Custom dish options available upon request (i.e., lamb chops, potatoes, broccolini etc.)
Menus can be tailored to your dietary needs/ wants .
All food is prepared by our catering partner and local restaurant partners. Please contact us to explore your perfect meal!

We specialize in snack-sized gourmet creations that impress every palate!

We understand that plans can change! Here’s what to know:
• Deposits are non-refundable and held as a safety/security fee.
• If you cancel your picnic, room decor or yatch decor service 48 hours or more before your event, your full remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.
• Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
• We are not responsible for weather conditions please check your local weather networks prior to booking.
In cases of unforeseen weather, we’ll credit your booking for a future date.
We are not responsible or liable for injuries or any harm occurred during your event — please celebrate responsibly!
This refund policy does not apply for other booking such as large dinner parties, Events and catering. Please be in touch for more info.
